We ship worldwide from our partner facility. Because coconut oil naturally solidifies below 76°F (24°C) and softens in heat, please read this policy carefully so we can manage expectations together.
Temperature sensitivity disclaimer
Coconut oil is a natural product. It may arrive solidified, partially melted or somewhere in between depending on the temperature during transit. This is completely normal and does not affect the quality, safety or shelf life of the product. To restore its original consistency, simply place the container in a warm room.
Processing & shipping times
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (local time) ship the same business day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM ship the next business day.
Standard shipping: 2–5 business days within the US, 5–10 business days internationally.

Shipping costs
Standard shipping is calculated by weight and destination at checkout.
Free standard shipping on orders over $40 (US only).
International duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or leaking containers
If your package arrives with a broken or leaking container, please email hello@siamorganiks.com within 7 days of delivery with: order number, photos of the package, photos of the damaged item. We'll replace it or issue a full refund — your choice.
