Return limitations
For health and safety reasons, opened consumable products (coconut oil, balm, inhaler) cannot be returned for a refund. Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
We offer full refunds or free replacements for damaged, defective or incorrect items.
Report the issue within 7 days of delivery to hello@siamorganiks.com.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
For damaged items, we cover the cost of return shipping with a prepaid label.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
Cost of returns
For damaged or defective items, we provide a prepaid return label. For change-of-mind returns of unopened items, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
